Sypik Malaysia posted its list of official dealers on 30 Sep. Purchases through them carry a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty that starts on the purchase date, according to the brand. Its slide says the warranty "is only valid when purchased from our official retailers".

How to Register and Claim

After purchase, scan the QR code on the warranty card and fill in the warranty number, your name and contact details, the purchase date, the place of purchase and proof of purchase. Keep the card and receipt, because both are needed for a claim.

To make a claim, contact Sypik Malaysia on +60 12-810 8591, scan the claim QR code on the card and complete both the Warranty Registration Form and the Warranty Claim Submission Form.

Before you pay, check: the shop is on the list above, you register the warranty as soon as you can, you keep the receipt, and the purchase date is within the six-month window.
