Agnes Fan, Connie Lee Rally From 1-7 Down to Reach Guiyang Final
Andrew LeeAgnes Fan and Connie Lee finished as women's doubles runners-up at the Guiyang stop of the 2026 Li-Ning Cup China Pickleball Tour, a CPC-1000 event, after digging out of a deep hole in the semifinals.

The pair trailed 1-7 and then 8-13 in the semifinal before coming back to win it. The final did not go their way. "Fell a bit short in the finals," Fan wrote afterwards, calling it her second silver.
What the Runner-Up Board Said
The podium photo shows the prize boards for the women's doubles category: ¥10,000 for the champions, ¥5,000 for the runners-up and ¥2,500 for third place.

One Event Instead of Two
Fan entered only the women's doubles draw. Her mixed doubles partner could not make it because of work, which she said left her with more energy. "Probably would've gassed out in semis if I did two events," she wrote.
It came two days after a reunion post. On 25 Sep, Fan posted that she and Connie Lee were back together after more than a month apart and "ready for CPC1000 Guiyang."

A Run of Podiums
The silver follows two other medals in recent weeks. On 29 Aug, Fan took bronze in Pro Mixed Doubles at the PPA Asia 125 Tomaz Cup partnering @lizefeng22, her first-ever PPA Pro medal. On 7 Sep she posted about a bronze at the Pickleball World Cup 2026, won with a 4-3 result over Team Japan.

She credited Arronax Pickleball for its support, and thanked HKNESA Pickleball and Inno Sports HK for providing daily training venues.
She closed the post looking ahead: "Let's go get the gold next week."
