A Proven Format, Backed by Real Infrastructure
D-Joy has run this same total before. Leg 1, held in March under the identical Petrolimex Cup name, carried a comparably sized prize pool and drew nearly 1,300 registrations, including close to 150 international athletes, at the same Nam Sai Gon venue. Leg 3 is not chasing a bigger number than the tour has already proven it can support, it is repeating a format that already worked, backed again by title sponsor Petrolimex Saigon.
Every match at Leg 3 feeds into DUPR under D-Joy's standing partnership with the platform, with APP also listed as an associate partner. Byron Freso, the APP Tour's International Director of Officiating and Education, returns as head referee after the same role at Leg 2, backed by a courtside VAR review system with real-time replay for both spectators and the livestream.
