Dickson Ng and Desmond Lim are the Men's Doubles 19+, 3.5 and above, champions at the PPA Asia 1000 Leapmotor Kuala Lumpur Cup, held at The Hood. The tournament's own division structure splits Men's Doubles by both age bracket (19+) and skill tier (3.5 and above), which the pair's two separate posts each named from a different angle, Lim's own caption citing the age bracket and 002 Pickleball Club & Academy's citing the skill tier, both correct halves of the same division.

"Trust your game. Trust your partner. Never give up, no matter the score," Lim wrote after the win, thanking Leapmotor Malaysia and Sypik.my for their support.

For Ng, it is his latest step with 002 Pickleball Club & Academy, which lists his run since joining: an APP 4.999-and-below Men's Doubles win alongside Lim, a first Open Division Mixed Doubles title with Joseline Ngu, and now this PPA Asia gold. He competed with the Arronax KVL005 paddle.

The academy's post thanked a long list of partners, including Ipoh Hotel, Play at Base, My Pickleball, Pickle361, Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang, Young Sports Official, Asia Pickleball TV and 002 Singapore, alongside a full roll call of the academy's senior and youth players. "More to come," the post read.
