Syabil Shaharudin Returns to Infinity Academy for Play With Pro
Andrew LeeInfinity Sports Academy is putting players on court with a working pro for two hours, not just a coach who used to be one. On 17 Sep, from 7 PM to 9 PM at CAVE by PP Club, Syabil Shaharudin returns for another "Play With Pro" session, RM120 a head, sign up by WhatsApp or QR code.
A Pro Who Is Still Actively Competing
Shaharudin coaches more than 40 students through Infinity, including a few celebrity clients, but he is not stepping off a coaching bench for this. He reached the Round of 16 in Pro Men's Doubles at the PPA Tour Asia Ho Chi Minh Open in August, a real result from the same month he last ran this session. Players signing up are getting court time with someone who was competing at that level weeks ago, not a retired name trading on an old ranking.
He is managed by ISA Management and also carries a partnership with Franklin Pickleball, on top of his runner up finish in both Men's Singles and Doubles at the Paramount Cup 2025.
Not His First Time On This Format
This is not a new idea for Infinity. Shaharudin ran the same "Play With Pro" format with the academy on 20 August, and the club has run it with other pros too, including Athilla Miasara and a separate Singles Masterclass with Jimmy Liong. What is on offer 17 Sep is a returning session in a format the academy has already tested and repeated, not a one-off booking.
What The RM120 Covers
The session runs on court coaching and strategy tips alongside real match play against Shaharudin himself, with limited slots. Sign up is through WhatsApp or a QR code shared on Infinity's own page, with no walk-in option mentioned.
For a club that also runs beginner, ladies, and junior group classes through the week, a paid session against an actively ranked pro is the sharper end of what Infinity offers, aimed at players who already have the fundamentals down and want a harder test.
