They beat Chu Truong Quan and Phan Phuong Linh 15-8 in the quarterfinal and Phuong Anh and Hoang Minh Tuan 15-4 in the semifinal, then met Quang Duong and Roos Van Reek in the final. Wika says Đắc Tiến plays the Wika Next-X paddle.

Second place in that division was worth 80 million VND under the prize structure VTVcab announced before the event. It was the richest of the 11 divisions.

Across the Mixed and Men's Doubles Open finals, three of the four finalist pairs included a Wika athlete, from the eight the brand fielded.

Two days later Wika's post on the Duong brothers framed the weekend as one stage of a long journey together, and named the pair for the Yoshi Open in Bắc Giang and Bắc Ninh next.
