Three Sypik-backed players reached the podium in three different divisions at the VREW by Lenmis Pickleball Championship, a 480-team event held 18 to 20 Sep 2026 at Tomaz Pickleball Club in Subang Jaya. The field spanned 18 categories, according to the tournament's own registration page.

Sypik Malaysia, the Malaysia and Singapore arm of the Vietnam-headquartered paddle brand, posted the three results separately on 25 Sep, five days after the tournament wrapped: Wei Siang, Leonard Ng and Megan Foo, each in their own division.

Three Results, Three Different Divisions

Wei Siang took 2nd Runner-Up in Men's Doubles 19+ Advanced <4.5. "Cheers to our player, Wei Siang, for fighting through and achieving 2nd Runner Up at the VREW by Lenmis Pickleball Tournament," Sypik's post read.

Leonard Ng finished Third Place in Men's Doubles 19+ Intermediate Plus <4.0. "A huge congratulations to our Sypik athlete, Leonard Ng, for finishing strong at the VREW by Lenmis Pickleball Tournament," the brand's post read. A note on names: a different player also called Leonard Ng competed at the same tournament under a separate team. This article covers Sypik's own athlete only.

Megan Foo went one better, taking 1st Runner-Up in Women's Doubles 19+ Open. "Huge congratulations to Megan Foo," Sypik posted.

All three results came in doubles play, and all three posts carry the #teamsypik hashtag. None of them name who Wei Siang, Leonard Ng or Megan Foo teamed up with.

A Roster That Runs From Junior Podiums to a PPA Asia 1000 Field

Read alongside its other posts this year, the VREW by Lenmis result looks like one data point in a wider pattern for Sypik. On 12 Aug, Sypik Malaysia posted that its junior players had reached the podium at the Asia Pickleball Junior Open 2026, without naming the players or their placements. On 21 Aug, the wider Sypik brand, posting from its Vietnam account, said its Triton 5 paddle line was standing alongside Team Vietnam's roster on its way to the Pickleball World Cup 2026. On 10 Sep, five of "Sypik's international pros," named in an earlier Sypik Malaysia post as Quan Do, Sophia Huynh, Easton Horricks, Luc Pham and Ruben Gonzales, entered the field at what Sypik's own post called "PPA Asia 1000 KL," understood to be the Leapmotor Kuala Lumpur Cup, the only PPA Asia 1000 event held in Kuala Lumpur that month, running 9 to 13 Sep at The Hood.

Sypik itself does not appear on VREW by Lenmis's own list of sponsors. The tournament's diamond sponsor is Lenmis Vision, with Durian Day, Chris Leong Method Tit Tar, Lifetime and Luzz as gold sponsors. In other words, Sypik's connection to this tournament runs through the three players it backs, not a sponsorship deal.

Between 12 Aug and 25 Sep, Sypik's roster produced results and appearances across four different levels of the sport: a junior open, a national team's World Cup bid, a PPA Asia 1000 field and a 480-team club tournament.
